These guided exercise videos have been created to support your chiropractic care and help you get the best possible results from your adjustments. Depending on your condition, we may recommend one or more of these exercises to improve mobility, posture, stability, and spinal function.
Please only perform the exercises that have been prescribed to you during your consultation. If you experience pain, dizziness, or worsening of your symptoms, stop the exercise and contact the clinic before continuing.
